Not asked about spiritual /religious / cultural needs, but overall, it would not be relevant to provide my care

Continuity would be great. There have been many different people involved, and it feels like they have not always followed through with my treatment so each visit relies on me repeating everything I've told the last person and it feels exhausting sometimes because I'm struggling to hold things together.
Each person I see seems nice, but I never see them twice and each has a different theory of what my issues are based on one interaction
